FLY REEEL Ö

DESCRIPTION:

Ö reels combine great line capacity and light weight. These traditional style mid-arbor reels are very compact in size but can handle very good amount of backing and modern full-length fly lines. Ö reel is great choice for angler looking for a light set. The fully adjustable disc brake is smooth and offers plenty of power. It is proven reel by many trout and salmon anglers. Furthermore, it has been used by pikebums and coastal fishermen. Ö reels are available in 4/6, 6/8 and 7/9 sizes.

Tip: #79 Ö has line capacity for WF10 pikeline with + 150m 36lb backing. Talking about line capacity.

Extra tip: For single handed salmon or heavier trout fishing #7/9 Ö takes Hybrid 19g + 200m 36lb backing!

REEL TECNOLOGY:

RECYCLED ALUMINIUM

When making the machined reels and our fly rods' reelseats, the cutting liquids are gathered and cleaned and the cutting waste aluminium is again recycled and used to make our die-cast reels. Recycled aluminium only takes about 5% of the energy used to make new aluminium. Our reels' fine machining processes waste is cleaned and recycled. Recycling aluminium is important to avoid waste and create a more circular economy and it also limits emissions, including greenhouse gases. Aluminium can be recycled over and over again without any loss of quality. Aluminium is one of the most recycled materials on earth.
