FLY SALMON SERIES BTT NOBODY

Our super-light nobody series includes flies in 6, 4, and 2 cm sizes. Using brass instead of tungsten, these flies hover just below the surface. Crafted with soft materials and benefiting from turbo tube turbulence, they showcase unmatched swimming. Combined with loose bodies and TTT nobodies, the BTT flies offer fantastic weight and color combinations.

Our fly series are meticulously crafted by what we consider to be the best commercial tiers in the world. With nearly two decades of training under their belts, these artisans skillfully embody Mikael's distinctive style, where each turn of the tying thread holds paramount importance – focusing on tapering, translucency, and movement. THE FLY

MODEL BARRET BIMBO BBT NOBODY

One of our best night flies, or to be fished in the dusk. The muddler head gives extra sound and extra good silhouette. It bears the name from Mikael’s favourite pool on River Em where it’s giving him many great sea trout of 20 lbs. We fish it with the loose Barrett Bimbo body, or the Mikkeli Blue one. Black or glow bare FITS Tubing work well and when there some extra colour to the water we also use a fluor orange one.

MODEL YELLOW WHITE WING

Another of our sunshine patterns. We probably fish white flies too seldom. With a little yellow in it, it’s a combination we also fish a sunny day in slightly darker water. The fly is light and dances nicely right below the surface where many salmon have grabbed it. We prefer to fish it with bare FITS Tubing in fluor yellow, silver or glow. To make it a bit fatter, add our Nasty Banana loose body.

MODEL WILLIE GUN

This British standard pattern is a superb fly on whiskey coloured water but has also proven to be a general standard that take fish almost no matter what. This light version is a superb summer fly on low or normal water levels. We fish it with the Willie Gun loose bodies but this fly can carry almost any of our loose bodies or a bare FITS Tubing in Black, fluor yellow or fluor orange.

MODEL BLACK DOCTOR FLASH

One of Mikael’s oldest pattern that he fished since the early eighties. This fly gave him one of his salmon over 20 kilos. It’s a quite simple black fly pimped with extra flash with inspiration from one of the most classic of all patterns. It works well in a bit of humus but also on the clear river a cloudy day. We prefer to fish it with loose bodies in black or with a bare FITS Tubing in black, silver or why not glow.

MODEL GREENLANDER

This is one of our absolutely best clear water sunshine flies. Maybe it performs best on a river with a tint of green but in the light BTT version it’s a clear water favourite on almost any river. They can be fished with our Greenlander or The Witch loose bodies or with a bare silver, fluor chartreuse or maybe glow tubing.
