V-JOINT, perfect curves. This configuration means that the joint between the sections is as flexible as the rest of the rod, with enormous advantages in terms of resistance and reduction of residual oscillations during the casting phase.

X45, along the blank of any rod in action, compressive and tensile stresses coexist, which normal carbon fibers can cope with very well. When torsion occurs, the carbon tubular can fail. Torsion causes: fractures, inaccuracy in casting, reduction in distance due to misalignment of the rings, loss of power due to the disorderly transmission of force along the shaft. With X45 technology the fibers that wrap the stem are arranged diagonally and bi-directionally, and force it to work correctly.

HVF, carbon fabric with reduced quantity of resin and greater degree of adhesion of the carbon fibers during the hot polymerization phase.

NANOPLUS, with this technology it is possible to enhance the unique characteristics of each polymer, guaranteeing a more uniform and homogeneous overall response. The composite material is thus able to absorb stronger and more violent shocks.
